Harte-Hanks was founded in 1923 as a newspaper publisher in West Texas. More than 30 years ago it  entered the world of target marketing with several strategic acquisitions of marketing services and database marketing firms. Over time this has changed their business model to becoming a worldwide leader of direct marketing services.


Harte-Hanks operates in offices globally, offering the widest variety of multichannel marketing solutions in the  industry.  It has more than 25 offices in the US as well as a host of offices in the Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America.


Currently,  Harte-Hanks  maintain offices and operations in Australia and the Philippines, as well as hold close partner relationships with firms in India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Brunei, New Zealand, Taiwan, and China. Collectively, it has access to over 3,000 seats in call centers across the region, including a brand new 1,000-seat facility in Manila.
